    Exchanges and Refunds

    To be qualified for a return, the purchased piece must be in the exact condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

    Returns or Refunds will be given in the form of store credit only. Credit will be made on merchandise bought within 07 days of the purchase date under the following conditions.

    The product shows no use or wear and is not altered or damaged in any manner.


    Arisca is not responsible for any trade duties, post office clearance, or shipping cost.

    No merchandise will be accepted without RMA #, (Return Merchandise Authorization #) given by the return department.

    Defects reported within 07 days will be repaired or replaced after verification and inspection at the sole discretion of the store manager.

    There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned or refunded items unless waved by the store manager.

    To start a return/refund, you can contact us at support@ariscajewelry.com If your return/refund is received, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return authorization will not be accepted.
